Student life can be both exhilarating and challenging. We want to help you with managing independent living, late nights, course work and a tight budget. This will be a fun interactive day for students (and university leavers) with top tips for a healthier way of living in Student Halls and self-catering accommodation. We will start the day with coffee and tea and introductions followed by an easy and short meditation session.
Flavia Dalzell Payne will show us how to improve our mental outlook in life and how to turn around the negative thought process with a positive attitude and mental clarity. We will discuss how to stay fit and healthy in Mind and Body especially the GUT. Have a juicing session which will include recipes to take home! Then Alicky will teach you EFT (tapping) which is a fantastic tool to use for fears (exams, overwhelm, unwanted feelings etc), phobias, pain (headaches, back ache), anxiety and even concentration!
Please wear relaxed loose clothing, and bring a notepad and pen, plus an open mind.
