Alicky will introduce EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) known as tapping with a demo and practice “Borrowing benefits” from each other.
We explore the lung and large intestine energy in the body and balance ourselves out it through EFT tapping. How does stress affect the Gut and by tapping we can search the memory banks to when this first started. Discover how it can boost our immune system for the winter ahead too. Alicky may even teach you a morning routine for energising you into the day!
