I will demonstrate how best to juice your veggies and fruit. Open and direct conversations on benefits of fasting and detoxing for good health and keeping your GUT healthy. A small change in lifestyle and mind set for you to digest and try at home.
I will introduce EFT (tapping) for pain, fears and phobias and anxiety and sleep disruptions.
